Sample Curriculum

The sample curriculum shows the structure of the discontinued BA program and one possible study plan for completing it in six semesters as a full-time student. In a Major/Minor combination (180 ECTS credits in total), students would normally earn around 30 ECTS credits per semester.

If you are currently completing the discontinued BA program, please use the transitional regulations together with the sample curriculum when planning your remaining studies.

The language of instruction is English.

Completing the BA Program

The transitional regulations (Regelung zum Übergang) define how students who remain enrolled in the discontinued BA program can complete their studies after the introduction of the new BSc program.

They specify the module groups and ECTS requirements that must be fulfilled and provide an equivalency table showing how compulsory modules from the previous curriculum correspond to modules in the current curriculum.

When planning your remaining studies, please consult the transitional regulations to determine which current modules can be used to fulfill the requirements of the discontinued program.
