MultiplEye: Enabling Multilingual Eye-Tracking Data Collection for Human and Machine Language Processing Research

In this EU COST Action, together with 39 other researchers from across Europe, we will create a multilingual eye-tracking-while reading corpus that will include data from 27 languages (Albanian, Arabic, Basque, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Romansh, Russian, Serbian, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish).

This corpus will serve as a resource for cognitively enhanced or cognitively explainable NLP as well as for psycholinguistic reading research.

The University of Zurich with Lena Jäger as Scientific and Legal Representative is the Grant Holder of this project. Anna Bondar is our Grant Holder Manager.

This project is funded by the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST).
